(EAM Capital) is a private advisory firm which manages an internet and digital media fund.  Our Twitter/blog comments reflect the background of our principals: digital technology, media, intellectual property and finance.  All of  the principals of EAM Capital are attorneys (both U.S. and European) with diverse expertise in the areas of  digital technology, media and intellectual property as well as structuring international commercial transactions.  In addition, several are degreed economists and former currency/commodity traders.   Our founder, Gregory Bufithis has over 20 years of experience in intellectual property law and commercial transactions in the U.S. and Europe.   He has coordinated the commercialization of intellectual property portfolios for international investment groups as well as advising clients on matters involving digital media and intellectual property rights.  As a result, we often comment on digital technology and media and intellectual property, as well as how those fields impact the financial markets.
